PCCR User Account
Sign in to the Chrome browser using your official employee PCCR User Account details to get your bookmarks history, passwords, Google documents, and other settings synced on all your devices.
On your first login, please use the following:
username: firstname.lastname@pccr.edu.ph
password: pccr@12345
Password Security
New users will immediately be prompted to change their passwords. It will be up to you, but for your own security, it is recommended to choose a password that:
- has a mix of uppercase, lowercase, and numeric characters
- has at least 12 to 15 characters (length is better than complexity)
- is uncommon and is not easy to guess
- you have not used in other accounts
G Suite for Education Apps
Once signed in, click on the grid icon on the upper right to find your apps, or type any of the following addresses in Chrome:
Special Google Groups
Need to address an entire unit and not just one person? Use these emails:
- All Employees (all.employees@pccr.edu.ph) for sending circulars and announcements to all PCCR employees.
- ICT Support (ict.support@pccr.edu.ph) for sending any tech-related concerns or inquiries to the ICT division
- Various Organizational Units (OUs)- All OUs (divisions, committees, etc) have a group email address. Start by typung the OU’s name in the address box. If it exists, the complete address will be suggested to you. Alternatively, you can refer to our campus directory.
Facilities & Equipment
Internet Kiosks
EJB Library (3rd floor, EJB building)
- 20 available computers
Available for use as long as the library is open - Chromebooks (anywhere there’s Wi-Fi)
120 available Chromebooks - Available for borrowing from the ICT (see next section)
Borrowing Equipment
Various equipment may be brorrowed from the ICT by filling up the Equipment Booking Form. Please note that equipment will only be endorsed to employees with a valid ID.
Booking Venues
Various venues inside the campus are available for meetings or events. Fill up the Venue Booking Form or inquire with the Administration office. You can also check the ‘rooms’ feature in Google Calendar to see if a venue has a phone, WiFi, or other included features.
The PCCR Network
Wireless LAN (WLAN/WiFi)
Sign in to your mobile device using your PCCR User Account. If you are eligible for Wi-Fi access, your device will automatically connect to the PCCR Admin WiFi network.
PCCR Employee Portal
The PCCR Employee Portal (this website) is a simple site that contains quick announcements, live updates on ICT issues, the school caendar, links to some helpful resources, and more. If you need help or want to learn about internal services in PCCR, this is a good place to start.
Restrictions
Malware, viruses, and questionable content are serious security risks and so the ICT takes a firm stance on the matter. For your own protection and the school’s, certain sites and media types are blocked by default on PCCR’s network. Be advised that your network access is a privilege granted by PCCR, and your online activity while conneted to the PCCR network may be monitored or audited at any time.
